THE COST
Each session is £50.00 and lasts an hour. Cheque, cash or PayPal is accepted. In special circumstances I can also offer therapy with a home visit for £60 within the Sheffield area. If you live further afield I offer individual therapy over the phone for £50 via PayPal.

The first session includes a comprehensive health check and stress assessment questionnaires which will be sent to you to fill in prior to the session. This offers me a greater insight into your personal therapeutic requirements.

24-hours notice of cancellation is required. Please be on time for your appointment as there is often only a small window between clients.

Hypnosis CDs are available to buy from £12.99 including P&P. Subjects include Health and Well Being, Boosting Confidence, Sleeping Better, Losing Weight, Public Speaking, IBS and many more. Personalised CDs on request.

Also available for instant download at a price of £8.88, are a growing list of Hypnosis MP3 audio files which have the same content as the CDs above but can be played on your iPod or iPhone and any portable mp3 player. For the quickest delivery they are payable through PayPal which sends an instant e-mail with the downloadable link of your chosen recording.
