The purpose of this CD is to give you the opportunity to have an enhanced and pleasurable flight experience; relaxing deeply as you are guided through a progressive relaxation then a guided visualisation.

These CDs will benefit you by releasing tension and help you to make the most of your flying experience. The first CD is to be listened to for three weeks before your flight. Ideally this will be every day for one week then three times a week for the following two weeks before your flight so that you can experience flying as a positive and relaxing event. The second CD is to be listened to a few days before your flight and on the day of your flight.
The Fearless Flying CD 1 is approximately sixty minutes long and takes you through the whole experience, right from deciding on the holiday you want to go on, to packing, booking in, taking your seat and flying to your destination.
The Fearless Flying CD 2 is about thirty minutes long and allows you to relax quickly reminding you of the skills you have learned from the first one.

Top Tips for Stress Free Flying

• Get as much sleep before your trip as possible but this is best done as short naps
• Set your watch to the time of your destination whilst boarding to acclimatise yourself quicker
• Take bottled water on flight and drink every hour to avoid dehydration - this can also reduce jet lag on your arrival
• Exercise whilst on your flight - seated exercises every hour and stretching your legs in the aisles when the staff are not busy
• Plan to arrive at the airport early - you never know what traffic you may incur and it saves unnecessary rushing and worry
• Think carefully about your packing - keep it simple and light with mix and match items
• Put all your cosmetics and liquids in a sealed bag away from your clothes and wrap shoes in plastic bags
• Keep a snack bar in your hand luggage along with your water in case of delays
• Make your case look different by using a special mark on it to identify it on the conveyor belt- bright ribbon tied to handle
• Dress comfortably for your flight with low heeled shoes that can be easily removed and loose fitting trousers
• Keep a good moisturiser in your hand luggage and use it during the flight
• Take a pack of gum or mints to use during ascents and descents of the plane to help avoid ear popping
• During the flight drink lots of non alcoholic drinks, particularly non fizzy drinks
• Pick up a magazine or book at the airport that you really want to read - not one you bring from home that you feel you ought to read
